The place was clean as but had paper-thin walls and the air conditioning was dodgy, eh? Appreciated the comfy bed though!

great stay with a few hiccups
The bed and pillows provided an exceptional level of comfort that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The location allowed for pleasant morning walks to nearby cafes and parks, which I really appreciated. The whole apartment is nicely renovated, showcasing a clever design that maximizes the space beautifully. The city view from my balcony was a delightful addition to my stay.
I did notice that the laundry facilities were not functioning optimally during my visit.

The location is decent with proximity to various attractions and the apartment features a comfortable layout in the one-bedroom option, perfect for a small group or family.
Unfortunately, the downsides were pretty glaring. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the laundry facilities were lacking as one of each machine was out of order. Wi-Fi was a mess, dropping every 15 minutes, and the thin walls allowed for far too much noise from neighboring rooms. Plus, the swimming pool was unkempt, filled with leaves, which was a letdown. To top it off, kitchen utensils were old, and the towels left much to be desired.

The swimming pool lacked maintenance, being filled with leaves and dirty water. there were insufficient towels for my stay—only two bath towels for three nights, no face washers or hand towels in sight. The fold-out couch was quite uncomfortable to sit on, and it was puzzling that no cooking utensils were provided despite having a cooktop. A clean of those higher cupboards would also go a long way since they were quite dirty and cluttered.

The place was clean and well-equipped. It had a Google Smart TV and the laundry facilities were super well-priced! And it wasn't far from the bus stop for the free blue bus line.
No room for improvement.

Fun location and comfy stay
We had a decent time! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom felt all fresh and up to date. Loved the picnic area outside for some chill meals in the sun. It was a bit noisy at times tho, but nothing crazy. a solid place to crash while exploring Perth!
